1. Rental Car Document
your confirmation booking will usually be sent to you in our 48 hours of receiving your booking. you need to provide us with complete confirmation (flight number, flight itinerary, IC, Driving license)

2. Deposit Requirement
Any car reservation must be included with RM100.00 as a deposit (refundable). Deposit must be paid in form of online transfer once you are confirm with the booking.  Full payment must be made upon receiving the car.

3. Calculation Term Car Rental
Rental period is calculated based on 24 hours day basis.

4. Mandatory Local Fees
Customers is responsible for all tolls, congestion, charges, speeding tickets, parking & traffic fees and any related administrative costs.

5. Smoking Policy
All vehicles from Mohso Transportation are designated as non-smoking car. if you violate the policy, Mohso Transportation cleaning fee may be apply RM100

6. Cancellation Rental Car Policy
• FULLY PAID at the time of booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the rental will be charged a fee equal to 50% of rental.
• Cancellation fees will never be greater than the cost of the actual car rental.

7. Extension of Rental
The notice must be given 24 hours in advance. Extension of date will be assumed as a new deal/rental. If another renter has already booked the same model during this time, the renter must return the rental car.

8. Provision of Cars
Mohso Transportation reservations refused to lease the vehicle to any driver who does not fit, or does not comply with the relevant requirements of the rights of the driver. Therefore it will not cause your inconvenience and responsible travel, will not refund your losses and damages.

9. Vehicle Condition & Fuel
Upon return, the car has to be in the same condition and fuel balance when it was rented. Failing which, the renter will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to it’s original condition.

10. Mechanical Repairs and Accident
• If the vehicle is involved in an accident, is damaged, breaks down, or requires repair or salvage, regardless of cause, the renter shall notify Mohso Transportation of the full circumstances by telephone immediately.
• If the vehicle is requires repair or replacement, the decision to supply another vehicle to the renter is under Mohso Transportation sole discretion.

11.  Outstation Usage

The renter should inform us about the destination/usage area of the rental
car when making the reservation if planning to use the car outside the Kuching
area.

Terma & Syarat

1. Dokumen Sokongan yang Diperlukan

Pengesahan tempahan kereta sewa akan diberikan/dimaklumbalas kepada penyewa dalam masa 24 jam selepas kami menerima tempahan melalui website atau whatsapp messages.

 2. Bayaran Deposit

Bayaran deposit haruslah dibayar sebelum mengambil kereta melalui kaedah seperti dibawah. Manakala pembayaran sewaan kereta haruslah dibayar penuh semasa menerima kereta.

3.  Tempoh Pengiraan Sewaan

Pengiraan bagi sewaan jereta dikira berdasarkan 24 jam sehari.

4. Bayaran untuk Caj Lokal

Penyewa bertanggungjawab ke atas semua caj tol, congestion charges, car speeding charges, bayaran letak kereta & trafik dan sebarang kos pentadbiran yang berkaitan

5.  Polisi Merokok

Kesemua jenis kenderaan sewa dari Mohso Transportation dikhaskan sebagai kereta bebas dari rokok. Jika penyewa didapati melanggar polisi merokok, bayaran untuk pembersihan dari Mohso Transportation akan dikenakan sebanyak RM100.

6. Polisi Pembatalan Sewaan Kereta

Tempahan yang DIBAYAR PENUH boleh dibatalkan secara percuma dan akan dikembalikan semula bayaran sewaan KECUALI bayaran deposit. Pembatalan ini akan diterima 48 jam sebelum penyewaan bermula. Tempahan yang dibatalkan dalam tempoh 48 jam dari permulaan penyewaan akan dikenakan bayaran 50% daripada jumlah sewaan. Caj untuk pembatalan sewaan tidak akan melebih jumlah harga sewaan.

7.  Sambungan Sewaan

Notis untuk penyambungan sewaan haruslah diberikan 24 jam lebih awal. Pelanjutan masa/tarikh akan dianggap sebagai perjanjian/sewaan baharu. Jika penyewa lain telah menempah model kereta dan masa yang sama, penyewa haruslah memulangkan kereta sewa kepada Mohso Transportation.

8. Penyediaan Kereta

Mohso Transportation berhak untuk enggan menyewakan kereta kami kepada mana-mana penyewa yang tidak sesuai, atau yang tidak mematuhi kelayakan yang diperlukan oleh Mohso Transportation.

9.  Kondisi Kereta yang Disediakan

Semasa pemulangan kereta sewaan, kereta haruslah berada di dalam keadaan yang sama seperti yang disediakan oleh kami termasuklah minyak kereta. Penyewa haruslah bertanggungjawab ke atas kos pemulihan kenderaan kepada keadaan asalnya sekiranya penyewa gagal memenuhi syarat ini.

10.  Pembaikan Mekanikal dan kemalangan

Sekiranya kereta terlibat dalam kemalangan, kerosakan, memerlukan pembaikan/keselamatan, tanpa mengira sebab, penyewa hendaklah memaklumkan tentang keadaan/kejadian penuh kepada Mohso Transportation.

11. Penggunaan Luar Kawasan

Penyewa harus memaklumkan tempat destinasi/penggunaan keeta
sewa semasa membuat tempahan sekiranya bercadang untuk menggunkan kereta di
luar kawasan Kuching.
