1. Can I make a prior payment for deposit before booking?

Yes.  To confirm booking, Please proceed with a deposit payment to our company Account 561118080680 (Maybank) under Mohso Transportation.

  • Car – RM100
  • Van – RM200
  • Hilux – RM300
2. Can I get any refund if I cancel my booking order?

The deposit for the car booking will not be refunded.

3. Which is the cheapest car available in our rental service?

The cheapest car you can get from us is Perodua Viva.

4. Is it possible to change the rental date?

Yes, please let us know 5 days before the date. We’re sorry to inform you that there are no last-minute changes hence no refund.

5. Is our service car have security deposit?

Yes, we have. You’ll be charged for the outstation deposit and the deposit will be collected when you get the car and will be returned immediately upon returning the car.

6. How do I pick up my rental car?

We will contact you immediately once we have received your booing order. Please make sure the detail of the booking confirmation (Name, Phone Number, E-mail) are correct and can be contacted when you place the order.

7. Can I book the car on the same day?

Yes, you can contact us directly at 011-16066154 (admin) for booking less than 24 hours from the required date. However, it is highly recommended to place an order a few day beforehand.

8. What is the calculation method for rental rate?
  • The rate are based on a daily basis where it is counted to 24 hours time length.

  • However, if the rental period exceeds 8 hours, it will be considered as one day which is equivalent to 24 hours.

9. Why there’s no available cars for the date I wish to get/rent?

The availability of our cars may be limited during peak seasons such as public holidays, seasonal events and etc. it is advisable to book your car rental a few days/weeks in advance to avoid any disappointment.
